The Magnum Force 8400 Chipper is one of the largest and most productive mobile drum chippers in the world. It provides up to 700 cubic meters per hour of high-quality chips. Unique features include a shear pin protected chip breaking grate ensuring uniform chip size with virtually no overs, and an adjustable anvil. Built on the same platform as the 8400, the entire unit can easily be converted to a grinder with CBI's quick change rotor and screen system.

CBI Magnum Force 6400 Chipper

The Magnum Force 6400 Chipper is the world's most versatile chipper. That's because, aside from the two application-specific chipper rotors that you can choose from, the 6400 also accommodates a forged drum rotor and a solid-steel rotor for grinding. These rotors are field-swappable. So, in a single day, you can go from making mulch from trees and stumps, to chipping stemwood into chips in custom sizes (3-30mm), to grinding contaminated C&D or railroad ties with the tie plates attached. Available in three configurations – portable, track, or stationary.

CBI Magnum Force 5400 Chipper

CBI Magnum Force 5400 is the latest offering in the new generation of grinders, where the owners can select from five different swappable rotors to accommodate changing materials and processing demands. Magnum Force 5400 is designed according the same robust principles as the larger 6400 but only weighs 30 ton and 2,5 meters wide.

The infeed system has a built in pre screening that allows contaminations such as dirt and gravel to fall through the infeed back to the ground. This gives you less wear on strikers and knifes and also a higher quality biomass fuel with less ash contents.

CBI ChipMax 484

ChipMax 484 is compact, robust and yet enormously productive for chipping of logs and brush into first class fuel chips or ”micro-chips” used as rawmaterail for wood pellets production.

The main components on the ChipMax 484 such as the rotor, chipper box, infeed system etc are significantly stronger the any other chipper in its class.

With the ChipMax 484 you can blow the chips directly into a container, chipper truck or into a pile without need for extra loaders to move the chips.

Choose between different length of infeed and chains or steel belt to best suit your needs. The chipper is powered by a CAT C18 (765 hp) diesel engine. Only 2,5 meters wide the machine is easy to road register and move between your operations. ChipMax 484 is made with different chassis such as crawler tracks, king-pin trailer or tow bar.
