Wood fuel
Wood fuel is made from a number of different resources such as forest residues (limbs, tops), waste wood, stumps, small trees from cleanings or pre-commercial thinnings, and logs. Allan Bruks AB can offer solutions within the whole chain of wood fuel production. We can take you from the stump in the ground to completed processed wood fuel.
It is important for the quality of the wood fuel and the energy content that it is handled correctly during the complete process from harvesting and gathering, to transporting and storing, all the way to chipping and/or grinding.
Different heating plants desire different types and quality of wood fuel. Logistics and transport are other important factors for the complete chain of production and also, is the material to be chipped in the forest, at roadside or at terminals?
